Multi Sync Google Feed helps Shopify merchants create and manage product feeds for Google Merchant Center. The app generates XML feed data from Shopify product and store information so merchants can keep feed files organized and current.

• Store domain and Shopify shop information
• Product data such as titles, descriptions, variants, prices, images, inventory or availability, product types, and collections
• Market, country, currency, and language settings
• Feed configuration and rules
• Generated feed URLs and related metadata
• Merchant contact or support information when provided
• Billing or subscription status where needed to operate app access

We use this information to generate feeds, sync and update feed files, diagnose feed issues, respond to merchant support requests, operate billing and app access, and improve reliability and security.

Feed data may be made accessible through generated feed URLs so merchants can submit those URLs to Google Merchant Center. We may use service providers for infrastructure such as hosting, storage, email, or support operations when needed to run the app.

We do not sell merchant data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect app data, and access is limited to authorized personnel and systems that need it to operate or support the service. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

Data is retained while the app is installed or while it is otherwise needed to provide the service, resolve support matters, maintain security, or satisfy legal and operational requirements. Merchants may request deletion or access assistance by contacting support, subject to those requirements.

Shopify API data is used only to provide Multi Sync Google Feed functionality, including feed generation, market-specific feed setup, diagnostics, refreshes, and related support workflows.
