Terms of Service

Merchants may use Multi Sync Google Feed to generate and manage product feed data for Google Merchant Center, including primary and market-specific feeds where supported by the app.

Merchants remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their product data, store content, pricing, inventory, and destination website. Merchants are also responsible for reviewing feed output and Google Merchant Center warnings or notices.

The app helps create and manage feed data. Google Merchant Center approval is controlled by Google and may depend on merchant data, policies, website content, account status, and other factors outside the app.

If paid plans are offered, fees are processed through Shopify Billing unless otherwise stated. Cancelling or uninstalling the app may stop future access to app features. Any refund handling is governed by the applicable billing terms presented through Shopify or other written terms agreed with the merchant.

We aim to operate the app reliably, but the service may experience downtime, maintenance, updates, or interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Adon Technologies is not liable for merchant advertising performance, Google Merchant Center disapprovals, lost sales, incorrect product data, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted or otherwise made available through the app or website.
